Kathy of Valley Stream, NY was shopping for bathroom fixtures at her local Home Depot when she noticed a plumbing supply across the parking lot. Curious about what she would find, Kathy walked into the Green Art showroom and spoke with Igor about remodeling her bathroom. They chose a vanity and tall storage cabinet from New York Vanity, a Fairmont sink top, a Sofia medicine cabinet, a Kohler Wellworth comfort-height toilet, a chrome Voss faucet from Moen, and matching showerhead and PosiTemp® valve which helps to maintain the water temperature. A sleek frameless Kohler shower door showcases the elegant black, white, and gray tile used around the tub and within the recessed shelf. Igor also helped Kathy with the design of the room to appease both functionality and aesthetics.
Kathy fell in love with her new bathroom, so much so that she went back to Green Art and worked with Terri, a professional kitchen designer, to update her kitchen. Her cabinets are KitchenCraft in the Berkeley style with a Seashell finish. The under-mounted Kohler sink sits below Cambria countertops and a Delta faucet. A built-in slide-out microwave oven offers convenience and a touch of modern innovation. The breakfast bar opens up the space which allows Kathy to entertain guests while she prepares a meal. It also adds more natural light from the backyard. Kathy refurbished her gorgeous Wolf oven, which provides a cooktop of six burners – a dream for any chef.
“Igor and Terri helped me with the initial layout of my projects,” said Kathy. “These two knowledgeable and professional specialists supported me throughout the renovations.” Kathy went on to say that she was impressed with their follow-through and “their commitment to seeing the project complete.”
