Colonial Springs Golf Club in Farmingdale, NY once again hosted the Annual Green Art & East Coast Golf Outing on Monday, September 26th, 2016. With 27 holes to play, delicious food, great weather and even greater company, we couldn’t ask for a better day out of the office.
Green Art Plumbing Supply & East Coast Sprinkler Supply vendors graciously sponsored the event and even supplied raffle prizes and giveaways. Plumbing and irrigation customers enjoyed playing on three nines sprawling with beauty. In total, 179 golfers were present, proving that this annual outing continues to grow each year (2015: 174, 2014: 139).
While tickets were free for raffle prize items, Green Art staff collected for a 50/50 raffle. Half of the pot went to a raffle winner and the other half was donated to the Marty Lyons Foundation. In total, $6,800 was raised, $3,400 of which went to the charity.
Thank you to all who attended and supported this event. We look forward to the 4th Annual Outing in September 2017.
